National Library of Technology (NTK) is inviting you to a free webinar on Academic Integrity. The webinar focuses on the fundamentals of ethical research practices. It provides guidelines for maintaining integrity and highlights the importance of trust and credibility in academia.

- What is scientific misconduct, and how to avoid it
- Research ethics: what to keep in mind when designing and/or working on a research project
- Publication ethics: what to keep in mind when publishing an article
- Useful resources (codes of ethics, ombuds-offices at Czech institutions)
What topics will be covered?
Academic integrity is crucial for ensuring the trustworthiness, reliability, and reputation of science. This webinar introduces key ethical concepts as well as practical tips on how to avoid plagiarism or predatory journals. Key topics to be discussed:
